Juvenile Court

Ada County Juvenile Court Services (ACJCS) is one of the finest juvenile courts in the country. We practice the balanced and restorative approach to juvenile justice, which emphasizes reducing the number of youth involved with the justice system, repairing the harm caused by juvenile crime, and giving victims and the community a voice in the process. Our agency employs approximately 150 people who provide services within four collaborative divisions: detention, probation, programs, and support services.
