Ada County Limited Court Services

(Boise, ID) – Ada County Court Services will be limited on Friday April 6, 2018 due to the Supreme Court of Idaho’s transition to a new electronic court case management system (iCourt).

Ada County transitioned to the iCourt system in 2016. Transitioning all 44 Idaho counties is occurring in different phases. 14 additional counties will make the transition on Friday, April 6th reducing statewide access to the iCourt system.

Ada County Court Services will only be accepting emergency court filings on Friday, April 6th. Citizens who have an existing court date with a Judge, on Friday, April 6th, must still appear. Payments due on April 6th will receive an extension to April 9, 2018. Due to limited access to the iCourt system, we will only be able to provide callers with general information.

Ada County shares the Courthouse at 200 W. Front Street with the Fourth Judicial District Court. Even though Ada County Court Services will have limited access on Friday, April 6th, all other Ada County services are available. The Courthouse will be open from 8am-5pm.

Questions can be directed to the Ada County Clerk’s Office 208-287-6900.
