The Ada County Treasurer’s Office invites you to bid on items from our Public Administrator Assets. The Treasurer, in her capacity as ex-officio Public Administrator, is providing this asset for sale in accordance with Idaho Code §14-105(1).
The timing of sales is automatic; expiring sales are removed from this website at midnight each night. Once the item is removed no further bids will be accepted. Prospective buyers proposing to bid may ask questions or schedule an appointment by calling 208-287-6802, Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If necessary leave a message with contact information and someone will return your call.
Official bids may be delivered to Ada County Treasurer’s Public Administration Office, located at 182 N. Cloverdale Road, Boise, ID 83713.
If applicable, all transfer fees and taxes, property taxes including estimates for the upcoming tax year, registration fees, lot rent, relocation of assets, etc. shall be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
The Public Administrator makes no representations or guarantees with respect to the overall condition or working order of any of the assets posted. Prospective buyers providing bids on the assets offered above should seek the advice of an attorney prior to submitting their official bid in an effort to obtain appropriate legal counsel regarding applicable state and local laws and other legal obligations associated with the purchase of referenced assets.
The Treasurer, at her sole discretion and in her capacity as ex officio Public Administrator has the authority to accept any official bid offered for the purchase of said assets. In addition, she further reserves the right to reject any and all official bid proposals and waive minimum bid listing rates, requirements and due dates.
Cash, Money Order and Cashier’s Check payments are only accepted.
