The Ada County Misdemeanor Probation office has moved. We are now located at 7180 Barrister Drive. The new offices are on the east side of the building, next to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office and the Ada County Jail. The office at 8601 W. Emerald St. is permanently closed.
As a time-saving option for our clients, we have provided online links to two commonly-used forms.
The Initial Intake Form is for new misdemeanor probation clients. Please download and complete the form before your first appointment with your probation officer. Call the probation office at 577-3380 to schedule your first appointment. View instructions about paying supervision fees online.
After the first appointment with your probation officer, please print and complete the Monthly Check-In Form prior to your monthly follow-up meetings.
View the Out of State Travel Permit form. Completed forms can be faxed to 208-577-3389, sent to misdemeanorprobation@adacounty.id.gov or brought to the appointment with your probation officer.
