Coroner Owens identified 54 year-old Marvin Ott as the man killed after striking a vehicle with his motorized bicycle on July 22, 2017. Mr. Ott fell after the collision and struck his head on the concrete curb. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. Alcohol and/or drugs

Coroner Owens identified 61 year-old Rusty Schwinn, of Eagle, as the man killed Friday July 14, 2017 in rollover vehicle accident. Teen Who Drowned at Quinn's Pond Identified
Coroner Owens identified 15 year-old Eieu-Donne Eca, of Boise, as the teen who drowned at Quinn’s Pond in Boise on Friday July 14, 2017. Eca was tranported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after going under the water while swimming from friends. The accident is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department. Body Found on Boise River Island Identified
Coroner Owens has identified the remains as those of 34 year-old Andrew Joseph Lee Gatten, of Meridian. Mr. Gatten’s body was recovered July 11, 2017 from a small island/sand bar on the Boise River west of Willow Lane. He was in advance decomposition stage. Coroner Owens identified 73 year-old Adele Valois, of Arizona, as the victim from a fatal car accident on Hwy 55 in Valley County on Monday June 26, 2017. 23 year-old Aleksandr Tymoshchuk, of Meridian, was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:04 am on June 22, 2017. Cause of death has been determined as blunt force trauma due to a motorcycle accident.
