Coroner Owens identified 58 year-old Sam Willie Jr. died from injuries sustained form a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian accident that occured at the intersection of south Vista avenueand west Targee Street in Boise on October 24, 2018. The cause of death is blunt force trauma due to motor vehicle/predestrian accident. The manner of death is an accident.
Toxicology is pending and results may take several weeks to return.
